These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions; Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data; Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Organization of Retail Trade; and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

3. Modification of General Terms and Conditions

4. Description of Products and Services
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions If we must cancel the activity due to bad weather, we will refund 100% of your booking amount.
Cancellations by the customer
- More than 7 days in advance: 100% refund
- Between 3 and 7 days in advance: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days in advance: No refund
Deadlines are calculated in calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the activity.
5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual and industrial property rights over works, trademarks, logos, and any other subject to protection, contained on the https://granadasailing.com website, belong exclusively to the company Granada Sailing, unless different ownership is indicated therein. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of such works, trademarks, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of https://granadasailing.com or their owner, and may give rise to any legal or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights.
6. Use of Service and Responsibilities
https://granadasailing.com does not guarantee the permanent availability of services, being exempt from any type of liability for possible damages caused due to the unavailability of the service due to force majeure or errors in data transfer networks, beyond its control.

9. Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses
If any clause included in these General Terms and Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall affect only said provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, the General Terms and Conditions subsisting in all other respects, such provision, or the part thereof that is affected, being deemed not included.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The law applicable to this contract shall be Spanish Law.
For any dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada, waiving their own jurisdiction if it were another.
Payment Methods
Credit Card The customer must make payment by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway. Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed automatically.
Booking Conditions
Granada Sailing SL will send an email after receiving the booking through the website and once payment has been fully confirmed.
Payment confirmation will be automatic.
